Children & Teens
Strengthen connection, confidence, and emotional balance.
Childhood and adolescence can be challenging, especially for neurodivergent individuals who may experience stress, anxiety, or social pressures differently.
I provide support for children and teens who are struggling with social navigation, self-doubt, and emotional regulation. My approach recognizes and respects each young person’s unique strengths and challenges, helping them build resilience, build executive function, and find greater self-acceptance.
What to expect
A confidential space for the young person to be heard and understood.
Practical strategies for managing social-emotional differences and experiences.
Executive function tools to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and getting it done.
Support for navigating academic and peer relationships.
Tools for building confidence and emotional-regulation skills in ways that work for them.
