Children & Teens

Strengthen connection, confidence, and emotional balance.

Childhood and adolescence can be challenging, especially for neurodivergent individuals who may experience stress, anxiety, or social pressures differently.

I provide support for children and teens who are struggling with social navigation, self-doubt, and emotional regulation. My approach recognizes and respects each young person’s unique strengths and challenges, helping them build resilience, build executive function, and find greater self-acceptance.

What to expect

  • A confidential space for the young person to be heard and understood.

  • Practical strategies for managing social-emotional differences and experiences.

  • Executive function tools to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and getting it done.

  • Support for navigating academic and peer relationships.

  • Tools for building confidence and emotional-regulation skills in ways that work for them.
